You know what?

You know what?
Stop sour-graping at your
counterparts, like an overipe extra,
in a soap opera market place.

You know what?
Stop being a bad potato.
There’s a famine going on
in our front rooms.
We are being stacked against
each other and it isn’t
looking good for our shelf life.

You know what?
You know what?
The stress word is a
construct, to make us
think we are faulty goods.

And while we are rotting
on life’s shop floor,
they laugh at us,
like gods in a supermarket.

      1. Most of my stuff, especially my fiction, is in the raw. I might do some tweaks, but it’s usually pretty well as I wrote it.. That’s one of the reasons I hardly do plotting at all. I have an idea, pound the keys till it gets where I wanted it to be.

Are you well? I hope so. I’ve always liked you work, and really enjoyed meeting you that time at Stansted.

If you’ve been following my Facebook account, you’ll know I’m loved up. With somebody I have loved for 46 years. She contacted me out of the blue beginning of March. We’ve spent some time together, and we’re both sort of pessimistically optimistic. To be honest we’re both very much out of our depth, but it’s really really good when we’re together.
