Garden

A garden has a lot to teach
When in my life I overreach,

Reminding me to find the place
Beneath my feet, where earth’s embrace

Will give me all I ever need
To reap the love I sewed from seed,

For though life’s secrets will unfold
And I must wander till I’m old

It is a garden filled with flowers
Where I will spend my happiest hours.

  1. I still miss the hours I spent pottering when I had a garden. I didn’t even mind the hard graft. It was always worth it, even with blisters, raw knees, and a stiff back. BTW I’m off to Llandudno this week. Yay!

      1. I am well. Waiting for warmer weather. Enjoying the spring blooms. Feeling old and cranky. Haaa. And you?
