Following this brief pattern, be needled not:
drop garments stitched on holders far too long,
and cast off messy edges, we’ve wasted yarn enough.

Slip over surplus stitches: where less is just enough
adjustable loops may later be a tightened knot
that chains unfinished making over long.

When left abbreviated, needles may long
to inch towards the finish, but seldom enough
to bind off, put away and purl-wise not.

This is a pretty thing we knit – not long enough.

    1. Thank you Audra, yes, all is incredibly busy but mostly in a good way. Frustratingly little time to write, or read my readerish writers, but will catch up eventually. And things with you? Doth the coffee pot still simmer?? x

      1. I feel the same way Julia. Not sure how things got so busy. Certainly not writing. Coffee is always percolating 🙂
I’m looking forward to hopefully slowing down a tad and I hope you can too
